Its a complex, chaotic system. Predictability on any scale is.... not predictable. Of course the data I've seen shows we are cooling so the whole redo of our economy based on trying to predict our environmental end game seems like another political fleecing. I hadnt heard of the Geoid gorilla... that seems interesting. Also.. Glaciers are growing not melting according to the current data. I'm going to check out this imaginary geoid concept : The gorilla Stouffer refers to — an effect so large that it overwhelms the others — is something called the geoid. It’s an imaginary surface that maps the strength of Earth’s gravitational field, and it’s as bumpy as the surface of the actual planet.
