KMT, One question regarding these 144 shares. Do you think these Cartel members are relying on 144 restricted stock to prevent illegal short selling or to provide a base of support to the stock?? Thought I might pass on the experience of some GIFS shareholders. GIFS CEO, Muhammed Zayed, also would complain to shareholders constantly about the unfair and extreme short position supposedly held by some real "stock bullies". There was a incredible outcry by GIFS shareholders to "Demand your Certs!!" and create a short squeeze. GIFS also alledgedly included 18 million restricted 144 shares out of the total 20 million outstanding. It certainly created an environment of confidence that insiders held so much "non-saleable" stock. Unfortunately, GIFS shareholders discovered all too late that the source of this illegal short selling was Mr. Zayed himself, utilizing a Canadian brokerage firm. While he was complaining about having his stock manipulated, he was locking in profits for himself through his foreign brokerage accounts, selling GIFS stock against delivery of his 144 stock. So if you think that having large amounts of 144 stock held by insiders provides credibility to this company, think again. 144 holders will wait until the stock has peaked and then short the stock in amounts equal or greater than the amount of 144 stock they hold. They can deliver the 144 stock to cover their short position once it is eligible for registration. So now the tough question. Has anyone run a background check on RMIL management?? Riley?? You claim to have connections in the law enforcement community. Have you run Misters Morgan and Breton through national and international checks? How about asking both of them if they would be willing to have their personal and corporate financial accounting records scrutinized?? How about "demanding" them to fully disclose all companies, national and international, in which they have a business interest. I have some connections that can do this for you RMILers out there, but they can be a little pricey. BTW, something RMIL management should take into account if they are reading this. There are several GIFS shareholders who have taken to tracking down Mr. Zayed, who fled the country when his company was halted by the State of Tennessee and the SEC last May. Even though you may not believe that the Fed's will pursue you, never underestimate the "wrath of a shareholder screwed".. :0| You cannot hide forever in this age of information and someone will track you down wherever you decide to hole up, like maybe S.Africa. I invite you to peruse the GIFS thread here on SI. Compare the stories, the claims, the call to "take delivery" of certs, the battle with the shorts. And then think about how comfortable you are trusting a management that did a 13 million Reg S deal only to reverse split the shares 300 to 1. GOD!!! This is such good reading. I want the movie rights. Riley, have you performed your own personal "Operation Grill Flame" on this company?? (I also read "Remote Viewers"... :0) Methinks if you meditate enough you may be able to visualize the money being transferred between oversea accounts.... :0) (sorry, that was probably a cheap shot.)
