"ken...IMO hussein obama was elected mostly because of his skin color and the fear of racial problems if he were not elected...Now if he is not re-elected the same fear is in place that being he was not re-elected because of his skin color...obama is IMO promoting racial tensions for the purpose of getting re-elected."

it's like the black guy after he got fired " you just fired me because I'm black"

and the boss replied "No, I hired you because you were black, I'm firing you because you are incompetent"

I personally don't think he was elected because of fear of racial problems. I do think that he was elected by people who wanted to say "we're serious, we aren't racist, we are so enlightened that we elected a black man who has a name that sounds suspiciously muslim". I think it was a collective attempt to prove to the world, and ourselves, that the perception that we are all a bunch of racist religiously intolerant buffoons, was false. I think that there is a large population of americans who feel left out of the Euro-liberal party because they believe that much of the country meets the description above.

bottomline: A black man with a muslim name....ANY black man with a muslim name, could have been elected in 2008.

Obama didn't just pop out of nowhere as it seems. He was selected by the democrat machine specifically because of his racial profile. And of course, because he is clearly a progressive.
