That metro area seems to be getting its act together......a lot of investment in nanotechnology and semiconductors. It's getting it together a bit. So is Buffalo.......very grass roots....capitalizing on the city's wealth of architecture. I read a blog called Buffalo Rising. Pretty interesting to see what people can do when things hit bottom.
