right, so doesn't it make more sense to use someone besides A&J????......the waiver is moot....... (also, if I recall, Jaclin was charging $500 (??) for a letter, so this other firm would be cheaper if that's the case) Reasonable Fee. A fee of $295.00 for each Rule 144 opinion letter is charged for: Analyzing the information provided by the Broker on behalf of the Shareholder, Writing the Rule 144 opinion letter, and Providing any requested assistance regarding the opinion letter to the Broker-Dealer, Issuer and Stock Transfer Agent. rule144letters.com
