Refuses to threaten JL with loss of chair during the health care fight. (One could say the R with Obama's psych profile got as far as the second sentence and said, "Game over". But, I digress) 2) Studied negotiating tactics by offering a stimulus plan he thought wuold pass, rather than asking for the sun and the moon and the Lost Wharf Rat mine, and then find a deal. 3) Proposed health care, said, "Send it it me by April..by Easter..by the beginning of June..by the 4th of July..B4 recess.. B4 Thanksgiving, Xmas, NY, and, eventually Easter" while pretending to be the overly permissive father in the room.. 4) Rinse and repeat.
