I'm a Republican but I'll tell you I'm sick of the Republicans refusing to tax the rich and they always try and let the poor take the biggest hit

how is it that the poor are taking the biggest hit?

And I'm pretty sure that the rich are already paying significantly more in taxes than the poor and middle class combined.

Why post something that is so obviously untrue?

I'm simply asking the administration HOW MUCH more is the "fair share"? They don"t want to say...or should this be like the Health Care bill when we were asked to "...pass the bill in order to find what is in it..."?

The problem is not the tax rates - it's the deductions. Simply raising the rates causes lobbyists to agitate for more loopholes aka deductions. Perhaps 10% across the board no matter income and no deductions period for plant, equipment etc. - how's that?
