Looks like someone isn't buying the nay business and is buying the stock. Had a nice little buy at market on the open. more going through under the ask and over the bid more buying!!

Ditch, I am even slooooower than usual today. Could you spell it out for me? Someone posted that Breton had told them that all the stock covered under the S-8 filing on April 2, 1997 was 144 stock even though it wasn't mentioned in the document. Pugs seems to imply that the only 144 stock is from the presplit ( i assume that means the prereverse) time period . The news release by Morgan indicates they individually only owned about 300K of stock each( somehow it is now 800K). The most recent SEC filings seem to indicate the entire 2 million shares discussed in the April S-8 have been issued as compensation to employees. Somehow all this info should reconcile,but it seems to have some holes that need to be filled in.Can you help ?
