Very encouraging insider activity. Bought as much as I could a couple of weeks back at 44 3/4. What do you suppose is in the works that would prompt these individuals to borrow money in order to increase their positions? I had heard that these loans were guaranteed by CNC. Wonder what the loan interest rate is? Is there a possibility of CNC becoming a take over candidate, or are there highly accretive aquisitions in the works? Have not followed this company, nor the insurance industry that closely in the past.
