This poll is one that one studies-----first it says one thing and then another.

It is amazing that Obama tops Palin by only a few points and she is not even an
announced candidate.

What stood out in this poll is how independents favor Palin. Independents are the achilles
heel for the Democrat Party.

The Republicans , let's be honest here, the older Republicans understand that what is being
seen with Palin and her supporters and also with the tea party movement is a grassroots movement not
seen since President Reagan ran and won in 1980.

Once again we have an historic opportunity to stop the socialism verging on communism that has
invaded the Democrat Party and the nation. The vehicle for doing so is not the Democrat Party it is the Republican Party in combination with the independents such as Sarah Palin and the so called tea party supporters are bringing together.

Whether or not Sarah Palin runs, Sarah Palin is bringing independents to the Republican Party just
as Reagan did.

If you are reading this and are a Democrat who believes in the early principles of the Democrat Party not the failed socialist policies of the present party-----just remember you too can switch just like President Reagan did. The Reagan Republicans had a big tent----it still exists------come on over.

A paraphrase of Reagan's comments---------"I did not leave the Democrat Party. The Democrat Party left me."
