You know I am rapidly concluding that Perry's IQ is pretty sub par......maybe well below 100. That won't stop me from supporting his candidacy in the primary but still............the guy's brain is marginal at best:

When I saw that, I assumed it had to be wrong. Alas, it’s not. Here’s the exact quote, which Perry offered in response to an inaudible question:

“For three years, the Middle East has heard a wavering and aimless foreign policy and they’ve seen it all too often out of this White House, apologizing for America, apologizing for America’s exceptionalism. I think that message has been the driving factor in the instability in the Middle East.”

Ed Rollins, the former campaign manager for Michele Bachmann’s presidential bid, told MSNBC yesterday that the right-wing congresswoman “ doesn’t have the ability or resources to go beyond” competing in the Iowa caucuses.

When I watch Ed on TV he seems rational, measured...you know, sane...what could have possibly motivated him to get behind a woman who has shown none of these attributes is a mystery...

Money? Lots of money?
