<<What if I DON'T sell? How would that work?...
How can they force me to sell?>>

Kind of like << they'll have to pry these shares from my cold dead fingers!>> <G>

Perhaps we could set up a rebel Amati faction, fighting for Amati autonomy, Kevin ;^).

May the force be with you,

Richard

Kevin, TI has to secure a majority of the shares. If they do, you will simply find that you will be paid for your shares, like it or not.

Amati shareholders were screwed! The company is worth much, much more than their offer. This is a horrible deal for us.

I much prefered being with Westell because we had a pure ADSL play. Now we're nothing in TI... we'll get lost in their rounding.
