OK, but then why plead the 5th? Just go out there and tell the truth. Solyndra had a legitimate business strategy that got government assistance but didn't pan out. That really isn't anything to be embarrassed about, especially around here.

You think they're afraid because they're being vilified for getting government assistance? Not in Northern California, I can tell you that.
