What you are referencing is just like Obama's control at the Federal Level.

Public education was a great idea until it got taken over by the union organizers and became an issue at
the national level to be controlled at the national level of their association i.e. union.

Why is it that politicians such as Obama send their children to the private schools rather than the public schools that the NEA controls?
