yeah you are right jim...depends on what you are looking at and what you want it for... if I want that kind of thing for the opening I want it to be up to date... and if I am looking at it overnight I want to see Japan is down over 5% not up over 1%...big difference...although today..the market is ignoring it. last night people were looking at wrong information and thinking that it is right..that is why they need to understand this international information has to be double checked!
