No it won't.

This part is less clear to me since I do not know the criteria by which the court determines what remedy to fashion. If MNTA were to "win", the court would fashion a remedy for the wrong done and another remedy for prospective harm that could be done:

- money damages for infringing sales;
- - block further sales by injunction; or
- - a royalty on further sales
