I'll borrow a $billion too if the USA, Greece, China etc would let me buy things with it. But they have not heard of VVV so have silly borders and kleptocratic investment rules. I can't even buy a Greek Tradable Citizenship. I'd borrow $300,000 for one of those and maybe $1 million each for some good ones. Not so much for an Indian one but the climate there is much warmer than here in July and the mangoes are marvelous. Zimbabwe could give me one which I'd accept if I didn't have to actually go there.
