I think Living Social is very smart to delay their IPO....gotta wonder if Groupon really thinks they can still go public given the current market conditions....I continue to believe Groupon's business model needs to be fine tuned before it will be well received -- they must demonstrate consistent profitability and most likely they will have to access the private equity market for more cash in the next few months (but watch for the valuation to come way down).
