He's probably talking about the DCI show. You can find out about it at www.dciexpo.com--look under the sales force automation expos. You can get a free expo pass, but you'll have to pay to attend working sessions. It's not very 'techie', but it is not very investor focused either. On the expo floor you'll mostly see 'dog-and-pony' demos put on by the vendors. Everyone will claim to be '...the leading vendor of SFA software...', everyone will have '...N-tier technology...'. Tough to separate wheat from chaff. Having said that, many of the vendors give away nice freebies. T-shirts, pens, baseball caps etc.
