It ain't politics, it's business. If they committed any sort of fraud, they should be sued and prosecuted. And if they did so, they had a lot of people fooled -- not just the Obama administration, but the Bush administration and many investors. But my understanding is that for the most part, they had the Beta technology in a VHS world. -Z
