They have asked DTC for an accounting and they say they will
deliver this to him next week. They say, however, that they are
restricted in what he can say about the information he receives
from them.

Some may wish to contact both NASD and SEC and ask the following question: Is there any reason that a public company is restricted from
releasing information regarding 144's and common stock?

I contacted my attorney yesterday and have already posted that information. Responses by NASD and SEC can then be included in your
question to Mr. Morgan. The company is obligated to answer your question regarding this.

RMIL should clarify the count or give the explicit regulations which prohibit it from fully answering reasonable questions.
