Not so much that the first people are immigrants per se, but probably the fact that they are from Bolivia and peasant background. They put in a pool, an elevator, a dance floor, a sauna. Hard to flip that.

Second lady, Fauzia, the successful flipper, the one who was pretending to be poor, from Pakistan. She is doing it right. Buy a cheap foreclosure house, clean it up, flip it for $50K more, and move on. She might be heavy on inventory right now, though. Might have gotten in over her head a little. The house we are arguing about is in Woodbridge, which flooded badly 9/8/11 from Tropical Storm Lee. People had five feet of water in their basements. When she went to take a look at it, there was 2000 square feet of ruined carpet, and all the ruined basement furniture, in the back yard. I think maybe this will be a bit of a tough flip.
