Rick M:

Not necessarily "scams" as far as fraudulent companies, but the stocks that are mentioned are "HYPED" to the point of "irrational exhuberance" and then the price falls off dramatically when those doing the "HYPING" sell out. The fact is, there is a lot of "PUMPING AND DUMPING" going on with the FSS recommendations. Several of us have learned the lesson the hard way. We post our woes here so that others can at least be aware of what they are dealing with. KESE sounds like a viable company, but the stock has soared in a very short time. I think it will fall back a lot as soon as the hype dies down.

trackman, one of the oldest scams in touting racehorses goes something like this.

1) the picks are free unless you win
2) we trust you to send us 10% of your profit
3) we are here for you and trust you please trust us!

so, where is the money in it? well every horse in the race was tipped in proportion to the morning line. none of the players knew what was happening to the others. so, there would be a significant number of winners who, if honest, would pay up, and the losers might be back several more times looking to strike lightening with a longshot.

see, you don't have to be 100% correct to make money. but, if you knew how some operators like fss behaved shouldn't you suspect any recommendaton made by them. yes, all of them!

it is another discussion for another day as to the why's and wherefores of this fss behavior. but, they are be having rationally. it is their clients who need the straightjackets.
