Your proposing to use somewhere between 2 and 5% of global GDP { like to know how you can manage that as well} in order to alter the entire global energy production machine based on {fill in the blank} years worth of analysis that conclude human beings are the cause of natural disasters which will make the Earth uninhabitable for every currently known species.
