Charles, Have you read the entire 10QSB just filed? There is a lot of information regarding the sale of unregistered stock in S.C. (18 violations of a prior cease and desist order) and how the problem was resolved in late October to the satisfaction of the SC securities regulators without any punitive action as far as I can tell. Looks to me that GOE and BC were quite motivated to remove roadblocks and got this whole issue resolved pronto. John
