interesting. i have been taking fish oil, and oolong tea

www.oolongtea.org/e/

both Catechans and Polyphenols are believed to be effective anti-inflammatory agents:

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

also oolong has more Theaflavins:

Theaflavin (TF) and its derivatives, known collectively as theaflavins, are antioxidant polyphenols that are formed from flavan-3-ols such as in tea leaves during the enzymatic oxidation (called fermentation by the tea trade) of tea leaves, such as in black tea. Theaflavins are types of thearubigins, and are therefore reddish in color. Analogous compounds include EGCG in green tea, theaflavins are not found in green tea

en.wikipedia.org

An American study has found that theaflavin-2 - a substance found only in black and oolong teas - was able to induce aptosis (cell death) in cancer cells in the laboratory within three hours of treatment. jcm.co.uk

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

anyway -- you might want to check out oolong tea :)

i used to pay $65.00 per 100 grams for oolong but my mother-in-law who has lived in China for the last 15 years has been keeping us well supplied with very good oolongs ---> gratis

love fish and seafood but will admit to also loving pork, beef, chicken & turkey and consume quite a bit of all them.

bottom line is my arthritis is in check and i no longer take all the meds the drs. had me on for years.
