great credit, super cashflow, no debt, and no personal debt, ... also the personal assets worthy of the backing up the required personal guarantee for a corporate L/C.

In fact, if you don't want or need a bank loan, it's easy to get one! :)

Been getting a ton of emails and calls , lots of jaws dropping. I've read don's post a few times and after 15 years of being around Don's uncanny market timing, did I read the GOLD post correct?. Do we go to 5000 first then 255?
