Pierre and all,

I sold my position 2000 AMTX at 19 11/16's and bought 30 Jan 20 calls for 1/4. My reasoning is that if a higher bidder comes in I get the price appreciation in the options and if AMTX doesn't approve the buyout and the stock goes down I will be able to buy my shares back at a much lower price.
