Jim, Can you get into your mail now? It turns out there are several million public messages that lost their "title" (first line preview) during the move to the cloud yesterday morning. The messages are from the 2003-2004 timeframe. I put a quick fix in the mail (notifications of public messages) code to show that they are "(temporary unavailable)" instead of throwing an error message. Sorry about that. They should be back to normal within 24 hours....It takes a while to update several million messages without locking up the database. Brad
