When a stock is hitting a 52 week low is when Mr. Neff would review the merits of GLW and rather than assume that management will respond okay would look at what's going on.

I reviewed the merits as well and found what the issuea are...and I do not rely on TA for my decisions and I screw up just as much as anybody else. And thanks for a great thread and the opportunity to exchange opinions.
