I've owned this co. for a year now and am getting killed! When is the shareholders meeting and is anything positive expected to come out of it. Thanks.
P.S. I do wish that all of this personal baloney would move off of this site. I hate having to read throgh 20 enties to get any "real" information.

Thank you Richard for answering my questions. CSGI does look like they good potential. My problem is that I get confused by all the programming claims so in my mind I see all the Y2K companies as having possible silver bullets. Therefore I have to look at the other things surrounding them. Like I was saying yesterday, I have started to read all the old information on them (very slowly but I'm trying my best).

The first reference I see to them is on the Consygen- Strange Happenings Thread. It was started by a Steve Sprunger who it appears no longer is a member of the SI. The first post is from Shawn Murphy who it appears also is no longer a member of the SI. They were talking about two thing, Unisys and NASDAQ. Here are my first two questions:

1. Steve says they are currently working on a NASDAQ listing on 10/15/96. Why has it taken so long to get listed or was he mistaken?

2. Steve also says they were working on contracts with "big name players". By now we should know whether he was right or wrong. Any ideas?

3. A CSGI press release posted by Shawn Murphy said: "Consygen Inc. (CSGI) signed a marketing alliance agreement with Unisys Corp. (UIS) under which Unisys will market its computer systems in conjunction with Consygen's automated software for dealing with so-called "year 2000" problems."

I called Unisys today and they said they have never "marketed their computer systems in conjunction with CSGI". They said they currently have their own tools and supplement them with those from other companies when necessary. What is the truth here? The next few posts show that the stock jumped from 14 to 19 on the news. I think many investors were mislead, maybe even intentionally??? What do you think?

Thank you for being the only person here willing to discuss facts!
