Jack, Like some others here, I'm just a little concerned he's paid too much for the company. OTOH, I do have a good deal of confidence in the guy, because he has been right on target thus far. Even this acquisition, other than the price, oozes good decision making. I think the stock ought to come back pretty quickly. But it is refreshing to see management willing to take the hit on the stock short-term to get where it needs to be. I think the fact that VSGN is coming off its 52-week low (just a couple weeks ago at about 3-4) is a big plus. Also, it has been almost to 18 in the last year. In any other context, people would be very excited about VSGN -- good technology, recently been to 18, trading nears its low of 3 3/4, sounds like Del bought a bargain, to me......
