Fine Al, let's raise revenue, reduce spending, and govern for growth.

Best way to do that is to raise taxes on everyone. No exceptions.

One way to do that is to just let all of the Bush tax cuts expire, not just those making over $200K.

The truth is that you believe in class warfare, but don't want to be called out on it.
