Governments need votes. Goldman Sachs has no vote.

So what. They have piles of money, piles of influence, many alums in power, can buy votes, etc. - way better than one vote.

Mq you well know that money buys votes.. 45% of the campaign contributions the US are from Wall street.. That is banned in Canada.. (so they need to be sneaky LOL)
