Interesting, memad, you haven't called for your certs, yet you expect this to "walk up". I personally am not a large holder myself, but I have called ALL of my shares in cert form. (And received 90%) All "small" positions added together could make a difference regarding the magic ONE share over the float. Any reason why you haven't called for your certs?
