CHAT

I am still in CHAT. Have been holding for quite some time. Lately CHAT has been trading in the lower end of it's price channel/range. Would expect that todays action may indicate a move toward the top of its price channel/range. Lately CHAT has traded in a price channel/range between 1 1/8 and 1 5/8. The old highs for CHAT over the last two years are at 4.50 on a one time breakout. Twice CHAT has traded at 3.50. I am troubled that CHAT did violate it's price channel to the low side in the last week or so, falling to just under 1 1/16. CHAT has been in a sideways to downward trend lately, even though their products are receiving excellent reviews and sales are suppose to be up 400% as reported by their primary distributors.

At current levels and with current news on the company, their should not be much more downside risk, with potential for profits far outweighing the risk to the downside. I'm disappointed that CHAT has not started their recovery to the upside before now. Chatcom is suppose to post their 2nd quarter earnings by the last week in November, so we may see a strong move over the next several weeks on expectation of increased sales and decreased losses.

This stock is not for the faint of heart and is speculative, but has potential for good upside reward based on improved sales and earnings figures getting ready to come out. MOO
