Sharp Rise in U.S. Health Insurance Cost, Study Finds

As you know, Sam, I'm on a local school board in New Jersey. This sort of thing just strikes terror into all of us. We are hedged by a 2% property tax cap, the need to keep our teachers' heads above financial waters, the needs to keep our programs (much of this is down to the proverbial bone). And then this sort of stuff flies at us.
