Do you think the folks who originally bought, paid and probably indebted themselves to buy the property in the first place feel the same way?

Unlikely.

The reason why you were able to buy the property so cheaply is precisely because the USD was being run like water through a firehose in the first place, giving us a real estate bubble that promptly burst.

What you are describing is distressed property, not a healthy state of affairs. Some profit, like you, but mostly there is destruction of capital inherent in the process, all of it caused by easy money and easy credit, i.e., overprinting.
