Vanni, I repeat: There be no dragons here. The revisions you post come after a news release - sometimes quite awhile after. They are more-or-less expected. The information you post is interesting to me, and saves me research, but it's not news. It was the negative news releases that forecasted trouble for the DD sector, not those after-the-fact revisions. INVX, for example, is a DD stock that is not having downward revsions and met their estimate, but it has been beaten with the rest of the sector. You have your own reasons for doing things the way you do, but your attitude doesn't bespeak altruism. BTW, how long have you been following the DD sector? Give you alot of confidence in analysts' projections, does it? Mmmm...
