Tom, I am still unclear on what happens to shareholders under
a chapter 11 reorganization. Since the filing is to allow them
to restructure debt, they could issue more shares or do other
things to dilute equity, but it does not necessarily mean the
current shareholders lose all equity in the company if they are
successful in restructuring, does it?

Currently have no position in BGLS (dropped out at $4.25), but
I am consider bottomfishing opportunity.
