Just a terrific Frank Rich piece. Thanks for the link. The latest issue of The New York Magazine is sitting on my desk right now (came in the mail today) but I won't get around to reading it for a couple of days. So I've got at least one less essay to read in it. I've just about finished the Suskind book. Rich and Suskind have very similar takes on the Obama administration, with Suskind giving you the sense of being on the inside sometimes. It's much better than the later Woodward books because there's some decent analysis and less of the imagining he can think like his subjects.
