Charlie & all - IMHO, BVSI seems to be a pretty airtight stk; however, it is still subject (actually 'prone' may be a better word) to manipulations. Remember the pre-Sprint announcement back in Aug - Sep time frame, the stk was driven down to 7ish with one day volume of 7,400 shares! Then a succession of announcements (plus the running of the small caps) took the stk up to 12. I agree with you that it needs to regain some momentum. Balance sheet should be much better, but the expansion into the Brazilian mkt (which made sense at that time) may cause some concerns. Hope it hasn't spend too much $ in the pgm. BVSI european deals seem to be good, I hope it can produce more in the domestic segment of the mkt rgds Bosco
