I agree with you about their product but disagree about the valuation on AVEI. I have shorted this stock 2x in the last 1month for large profits as it traded between 61 and 42. have shorted again at 50 with target of 30-35 in 3-4 mos . Also there has been huge insider selling of this stock ie. 1.9 million shares Sold between aug 25 and nov14/97at prices between 37-58. I Would hazard to guess that those insiders don't know of possible buyout at 80-100. Can verify insider sale at Stocksmart Pro site if you wish.
