Jeff-

It is likely that there was some Reg.S shares responsible for this mornings activity, but no MM's would try and take advantage of a large block for sale would they?

Please post here when you get confirmation about the block of shares. I did pick up a significant number of shares this morning. I didn't have any "loose change" so I had to "make" the money today...

It is likely that most of the slide from higher levels has also been Reg. S sales.... any imput about this? I never complain about anybody taking a profit, but these Reg. S sales have hurt investor confidence.... including mine. However, the Company's prospects are looking better and better, so I continue to be a buyer.... just a bruised one....

Hanging tough,

Tech Master

Jeff-

When you say Reg S. dumping, what are you talking about ?

a.) Reg S. holders converting their stock and then selling in the open market ?

b.) Reg. S. holders shorting the stock so they can cover at a later date once they convert their Reg. S. holdings.

I don't remember what the first Reg. S was done for ????

Was it around $9 or $10 ? When was the date ?

*** off topic ****

Gimme your stock, it's not worth a dime
The company's broke, just a matter of time,
The sky it is falling, it's already dark,
So the little man sold his to ....the Shark.

Then slowly it rose, like smoke from a fire,
The stock started low, but then it went higher,
Until everyone loved it, just couldn't be beat,
Fidelity's buying, said the man on the street.

And the Shark helped move it along,
Dishing good news like music with every song,
Wow! That bad little stock was all shiny again,
And Shark began all his selling right THEN.

He sold it that morning, he sold it that night,
He sold it to every sucker in sight,
Until somebody noticed and sold right along,
But as usual, most never knew what was wrong.

And one day the little guy ran out of money,
He'd averaged it down 'til his tummy felt funny,
He'd bought it at elleven, nine, four, even three,
And each time he thought the bottom would be.

Now the sad little stock was barely alive,
No one loved it, they all said it was jive,
But in waters off New York, they were swimming again,
Having much fun, never seeing his fin.

So he took little bites of that sad little stock,
Till he'd eaten so much that it felt like a rock,
Then he belched out some gas and called it a tip,
Let the small guy bend over and prepare to be ripped.
