PeterR1700,

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO! I own both AMTX and WSTL also. But, as I indicated, if the market really believes AMTX is worth $30, I should now be selling WSTL and buying AMTX at $20. My gut feeling is that this $20 offer will not be enough to take out AMTX.

Selling WSTL would also put to bed my serious concerns about what WSTL does (or does not) get out of the deal if someone else other than TI might buy AMTX. For some reason, this seems to be the best approach.
But, I admit I am somewhat paralyzed and don't want to take any action because we don't have all the specific detailed information from TI, WSTL or AMTX on which to make a decision.
