Roberts hates Odumbo and won't go for it. The law is unconstitutional on it's face except to liberals who want to pervert every law, custom and tradition civilized man has ever created for their own obamanations. Kennedy is a straight shooter and would be the swing vote. I don't think he will be a part of creating a Federal Government power of forcing people if they have the means to do so, anything. If the Federal Govt is given this power, which they don't currently have, they can force you to buy their debt and decide how much of it you can afford and make you do it or face prison. At that point you literally their slave working for them except for whatever grubs they let you keep. At that point all your earnings are no longer private property but rather the collectivist property of the State. Also seems if they can make you buy something for the collective with this power then it isn't much of a stretch to make you sell your private property for the collective.
