Z, Prop 13 is the left's excuse for everything that's wrong in liberal California. Even the high income taxes in CA is being blamed on Prop 13. Cause you know, state government can't help but raise income taxes when property taxes are so limited. Same with increases in local taxes, sales taxes, regulatory fees, service charges, state tuition, etc. Even the current governor of CA, "Moonbeam" Jerry Brown, says that Prop 13 isn't the problem. Instead, it's what happened after Prop. 13 was passed. There's nothing conservative about it. It's the nature of liberals to always find a way to increase government's role in society. Tenchusatsu
