That seems to be some sort of summary from the real estate columnist. The Article went more in depth on his views on the energy sector and how it will effect the city. For instance, He has bought thousands of acres of land in far north Houston for development of gated community homes from $200k up. Considering how far north the land is, this is a reaching goal. I'm sure he will get those prices and higher, but that is how he views things, that demand for nice housing and the people coming to the city will pay those prices. It is all interrelated in his mind and I agree whole heartily.
