Would your idea prohibit me from Personally buying sixty minutes of commercial time on any network and airing my vote for Hillary infomercial?

I don't have any good ideas on how to get the money out of politics. Our government is all about money. If you can remove governments ability to tax and spend, then maybe we can get money out of politics.
