Of course, proving fraud is often very difficult. But you don't realistically expect to collect money from an entity which is holding a going concern opinion from it's auditors. Having advanced the money anyway, it looks as if taxpayer money was the subject of an illegal fraud. No doubt,obama will attempt to lay the fraud on solyndra officials. Ther is more reason for taxpayers to be irate than I can remember side Nixon.
